＋Charming little 70s//80s dress in a petite size that was probably for a teen but would fit a small adult. The print is so charming with what look like stilt walkers in bright primary colors against a royal blue background. Cotton. White Peter Pan collar. Ties around back.

Armpit to armpit across bust: dolman sleeve so about 34"
Waist: empire at 29
Hips: free
